Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of appointment. Cancellations after the 24hr mark, same day cancellations, and no show clients will be charged 100% of the estimated service fee. If appointment is cancelled on time, the deposit is good for 1 rebooking only. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. LATE clients will be charged an additional fee of $25 after 20 minutes!
