My name is Deshona, I am a Cleveland-based hairstylist specializing in haircuts & color for ALL hair types! My goal is to create beautiful healthy hair while also providing my guests a great overall salon experience. Can’t wait to have you in my chair!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients must contact me to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of appointment. Cancellations after the 24hr mark, same day cancellations, and no show clients will be charged 100% of the estimated service fee. If the appointment is cancelled on time, the deposit is good for 1 rebooking only. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. LATE clients will be charged an additional fee of $20 after 15 minutes and can potentially forfeit appointment! By booking, you are authorizing to charge your card for services rendered and agree not to dispute charges that correspond with completed services. Refunds are not permitted once services are provided.
